Stephanie’s latest article is available through open access, thanks to the AHRC funding for the Cultural Value project on which this paper reports: On the edge of their seats: Comparing first impressions and regular attendance in arts audiences, published in Psychology of Music, http://pom.sagepub.com/content/early/2015/11/18/0305735615615420.abstract?papetoc  The paper considers the live arts experiences of audiences for different art forms, including music, theatre and cinema, and makes comparisons between first-time attenders and regular audience members, using the ‘audience exchange’ research method.
